Problem with welding symbol displaying

Hello. I have autocad 2022 student version. I have a problem with welding symbol displaying. How i can add this welding symbol on the annotation panel?

How about make your own pallet from   'TOOLPALETTES  command ( Ctrl+3 ) . >> Click <<

I add the picture. In the picture 222.jpg you can see (with red circle) i have not this welding function (designation). In the ToolPalletes ,i can't search this welding funkction, what i need . Can you  help resovle this problem(add picture with step instruction), how i can simply add this welding function on the work tab. Thanks.

Right click on Annotation ribbon tab then check show panels and show tabs .. In your previous attached image ( 222.jpg ) i see that it takes from AutoCAD mechanical .. and here in this forum we just talk about plain AutoCAD .
