Problem with "Sweep"

I using sweep function to create a curved surface, basically  i trying to sweep the surface follow the few combined arc lines, but turns out after sweep there are some extra over there, wandering how can resolve this problem to have a smooth surface, thanks   .

Try creating the sweep for only 90°. and copying the result.
Is that what you are trying to get?
Closed sweeps often dont give a decent result.
Or you can try LOFT on different 'heights' of the surface

The distance from A to B is greater than the distance from A to C so using sweep is not a good choice.

As pointed out, it is better to use loft.

In the following progression I created 3 cross sections (yellow), turned them into regions and then used loft and before exiting the loft command I used the red polyline as a guide yielding the shape in the third object.  I then used mirro3d and surfsculpt to make the final solid object.
