Problem with plotting to pdf

Does anyone know what might cause this blurriness in the company logo? The first image is the final pdf file, the second image is the plotting settings and the third image is the preview of the plot. Only the company logo is affected. The logo is CAD geometry and not an image referenceLogoCapture.PNG

Try plot from layout/paper space, you have the option to adjust "Quality"

If you print the resulting pdf to a physical printer, does the logo print correctly?

If it does, try a different pdf viewer.

I have had pdf's look "fuzzy/blotchy" on screen in Adobe Reader, but print fine on paper.

Another possibility to check is to make sure all of the geometry and text are at 0 in the "z" plane, and text is at 0 degrees rotation- a slight variance can sometimes make some fonts print oddly. Not sure what font you are using, I have seen Arial misbehave, if elevation is not at 0, or with a slight rotation.
