Problem with Arabic language

I have a problem with Arabic language didn't appear correctly 

it's appear as symbols  like this ( ???????) 

could anyone help me how can i fix this problem??

??? usually means the font needed is missing: ask the person that sent you the DWG file to also send you the font file(s) they used.
