Problem when exporting to stl

Using AutoCAD 2019

Hello, I'm a student who likes to make simple 3d stuff for fun, and recently I've been having a huge problem with models. Just today I finished a small project, and when I exported the model to stl, it just got all ruined at the round corners. This also happens with other models, such as a Batarang I made a month ago. Can anyone please help me?

Model when viewedModel on autocad

Is there some other format (suitable for 3d printing services, such as Shapeways) that I can use? Or a way to fix the model without having to redo all of it?

Before exporting change FACETRES value to 10

1. Open your DWG file in Autocad
2. Type FACETRES(enter)
3. Type 10(enter)
4. Type STLOUT(enter)
5. Save the file
