problem to display lookup table

my right click dosen't work when i  want to  display  the lookup table in dynamic bloc

try deleting and reinserting the block

Open your Properties Palette and try clicking in the box circled in the attached image.

Did the methods suggest by @jwhite or @TheCADnoob fix your lookup table visibility? If not, can you attach a sample file so I can take a look at it for you?
