Problem opening previously saved file. After saving a file, with interface in "wireframe2d" mode, when I go to resume the file to open it, the graphic interface changes to "hidden". You can see from the attached photo. how can i solve it?

Simply choose the wireframe2d style again (?)

Or did I misunderstand your question?

To avoid a wild guessing around, post the dwg please.

I inserted a simple file, because the problem occurs with any file I
open. However, if I open from autocad from the OPEN function nothing
happens, if I directly open the file from the desktop or workbook here
is what happens. I also attach screenshots.

Yes, if I choose the wireframe2d I can continue working, but why when I open the file does not open directly in 2d instead of hidden?

I am attaching a simple file, because so much happens with all the files.

Are you saving your file after making the changes? And NOT saving back to R2004 file format?

You might have a startup routine doing this for you, no issues here at all with your file, see below and attached.

Hi,

>> I am attaching a simple file

DWG2004-format does not know visual styles, so when you save a dwg-file back to such an older format (17 years old) it does not contain visual style information. Opening the file then means it starts with the default, and that is "2D Wireframe".

Why do you think it's an advantage to save a file back to that old format?

You'll lose a lot of information doing so.

hello, I honestly am not saving in dwg2004, I set by default 2018. If I go into options, Open and save, the saving is set in autocad2018 and not 2004. Should I set in 2004? maybe I didn't understand your concept well.

Hi,

>> I honestly am not saving in dwg2004

But the drawing you uploaded (sedia1.dwg) was in DWG-2004 format.

And no, you should not save back. However, for this issue losing the visual style setting and seeing you are using DWG-2004 format, it looks like this is the source of your issue.

Start command _OPTIONS ==> tab "Open and Save" ... which format is set as default?

Hi, the problem is also encountered with recent elements that I created myself with the 2018 version, and saved in 2018. When opened directly from files on the desktop or folder and not from softwear they open hidden. I attach a screenshot of the options screenshot.

Open  your file, press [F2] and read all information.

SaveAs to dwg2018

Try it again

On the viewport, in the top left corner, click on Visual Style Controls option as indicated in the screen shot and change the option to 2D wireframe.

What if the problem was setting the file properties.
Let me explain, if I go to the file properties it is set open with "AutoCAD DWG Launcher". this is right?
Because if I set open with "AutoCAD Application" the problem no longer exists.
Now I wonder what difference there is between
'' AutoCAD DWG Launcher '' &
'' AutoCAD Application ''?
