Problem: Inconsistent layer colors when plotting

I've usually worked off a template so I dont know why this is suddenly happening. 
viewport is in shaded with edges. 
I need the side pieces to both be green true color (0,163,0)
And I need the frames to be yellow and red as shown in the model view

Instead I'm getting this result when plotting. I've checked the setting across parts and they appear  to be the same but I guess I'm missing something

I've made sure that similiar objects are on the same layer and that the correct colors are picked on the blocks

Hi,

 

your viewports are set to print shaded with edges,

your 3dsolid MATERIAL, inside your block,  is set to
