Printing troubleshooting AutoCAD 2013

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hello,

I have an issue while trying to print a 18''x 24'' sheet. I am using an HP design jet professional series printer (number 500).

The frame of my drawing is 16'' x 22'', smaller than the sheet and it is located inside the dash lines shown on the page set up.

Each time I send my sheet to the printer, the top and  the bottom lines of my frame do not print.

Thank you for your help.

Difficult to troubleshoot, but it sounds like a margins issue.

You might:

- Use an 'oversized' paper, like "Oversize Arch C" instead of the standard "Arch C".

- Use or create a .PC3 file to customize the paper sizes and decrease the margins.
