I am using Autocad 2019 and when I go to print to our plotter I get this error, I have removed autocad and re-installed, also reset autocad and still getting same issue, any ideas will be greatly appreciated, thanks Scott
Hi,
am I correct that you switched either to Windows 10 or upgraded AutoCAD from a prev. version?
If so you need to accept that HP does not update a lot of their plotter drivers any more and so every newer software needing full compatibility of a driver for Windows 10 fails to use these plotters.
There exists an AKN article with one special driver for the DJ500 that is suggested, hopefully that helps you too >>>click<<<.
