Printing crashing: Fatal Error: unhandled access violation

Having issue since a window 10 update yesterday. Autocad 2020 runs find except when trying to print or displaying a review of a drawing. Every thing word fine until the windows update

not sure what to do next 

considering reinstalling autocad

any idea

Does that happen with all dwg-files or just one specific?

Does that happen with all printers or just one specific printer (try to use _PLOT with device "AutoCAD PDF (Generic Documentation).pc3"
