Printer not scaling properly?

Hi

When I am printing to a plotter printer from Autocad, it is not printing the window I am asking it to print. I have selected size A0 and made sure shrink to fit is enabled, but it doesnt seem to scale it at all, resulting in only half of the image being printed because it is so big.

Has anyone come across this before?

Thanks

Do not rely on anything being to scale when you use any sort of fit to page setting.

Hi,

Q: does the same happened if you plot to pdf?

also make sure that the paper roll in the plotter wide enough to take A0 size.

Hi @Anonymous,

I am sorry that you are having printing issues. Is it possible to attach your file and have a page setup applied that shows your plotter configuration? I am happy to investigate what might be causing your issue.

hi @Anonymous,

Have you fixed this problem? I haven't seen a new post from you on the status. If you can attach some files per my previous request i am happy to take a look.

Hi,

It's most certainly your print/plot settings vs. the objects.  Please get that dwg uploaded and we can probably figure it out pretty quick.
