Print ruler to confirm scale

Hi All,

I've done a simple printed circuit board design in AutoCAD and now need to print it to scale on a simple A4 piece of paper. It is 100mm x 200mm and I'm wanting to add a border that is a ruler essentially.

I'm wondering if there's an option to select to add a measurement scale along the side of the paper when printing?

Just like how an architectural print might have a scale, is it possible to add a border on the x and y axis showing measurements?

Through searching I've found how to make sure I'm printing to correct scale, I just need to learn how to add a ruler.

Kind Regards,

Nick

You can draw your own, at 1:1 scale, and make it part of your titleblock in a layout.

Hi Dean,

Thanks for taking the time to reply,

I had thought of that and am happy to do as you've mentioned but was curious to know if there's a quick checkbox that would auto-add it in when printing and adjust accordingly dependent on the specific Scale chosen on the Plot/Print window screen.
