Pressed something random and there is a weird setting on

Hi! I accidentally dropped my mouse on my keyboard and toggled some random setting. Do you have any idea what is going on? The USC symbol appears to be 3D, and this funky symbol shows up on the highlighted line. What did I do, and how can I turn it

 

off?

VSCURRENT 2DWIREFRAME

PLAN WORLD
