Hi I have the following Problem:
One of the images Shows two polines connected together. In the second Image I give the polylines a width. But when I it, it leads to the corner you see in the image. How can I remove the corner/ get it linked properly together. One thing I tried was flatten it and correct it manual. But because there are alot of connections doing this by hand is no real option. Any suggestions? Or if it would be possible to get the conture of the polyline?

Hi,
If this is really one polyline then it should not do that (not at this small deflection).
Can you please upload the dwg-file and let us know which version of AutoCAD you are using?

Hi,
>> I cant upload the dwg file really.
Because if which reasons? I guess this polyline will not have anything to do with secrets.
If it's the "how does upload work here" ... then please reply to this post within your internet browser, below of the text field you'll find a text "Attachments" and a small paper clamp symbol ... click it and select your file.

AFAIK AutoCAD can't create a mitre between two non tangential arcs (arc segments of a polyline). Each segment of a pline arc with a width >0 ends perpendicular to the arc. I guess you have to live with this limitation (while the arcs are not tangential).

Hi,

Yep, looks you are correct with analyzing the screenshot ;)))

The Full file has some secret so I had to make one seperate first.
I cant really live with it because I am working with litography and even through the error is small it still to big for what I am doing

Have you seen Juergens video? (I guess your posts crossed)?
Another question is when you write about lithography. When you exchange the data via PDF you might use lineweights instead of polyline widths? I know that lineweights are not that flexible, but at least they would not show these effects.
