Polyline from multiple points

Hi Everybody,

I'm running 2021 professional.

I'm trying to draw the timing cycle of a dual ram press in AutoCAD.

I've calculated the X/Y positions in Excel based on crank radii, connecting rod lengths and position per 1 degree.

For the two rams that are 60 degrees apart, I've got 720 point brought into AutoCAD using ._SCRIPT

Up to this point all is perfect, except that I'd like to link these two sets of points to form two polylines.

Is there an easy way of doing this, meaning, not having to select every individual point, one by one.

Any help would be appreciated.

@sakkie.coetzee,

How are you drawing the points in AutoCAD based on the points from an Excel file?

If you are using the AutoCAD POINT command in the script, instead, use the PLINE command.

If you search the internet for these terms, "autocad draw polyline from excel coordinates", you should find several solutions.

Let us know of your success.

Regards,

Jerry

Thank you @JBerns ,  just found that one.  Replaced the 1st command line to pline and it solved the problem.

Works perfectly.
