Polar Array without rotating subject

I have an oval I want to repeat around a circle but with polar array, it rotates the object with the array, is there a way to stop this?

Best way to think of it is as a pod on a ferries wheel, I want to duplicate this around the circle 20 times but without the pod rotating.
