.png files blurred

Good day,

We have .png images in use that are being obscured in AutoCAD 2020, AutoCAD LT 2019, etc. Please see image displayed which should clearly show text and logo and not be blurred.

Any reason as to why it is doing this, and how to resolve?

Post your actual PNG file, let us all have a look at it and test it.

Not seeing any issues here with these settings in AutoCAD2019

The solution was changing the Background transparency to Yes.
