Plotting uses both Raster and Vector objects?

All,

I'm stumped.  I would like to plot as vector-based objects only, however objects in my drawing come up as both vector and raster format.  Even in the same layout tab, and even in the same VIEWPORT different objects are showing up differently. However, there is only one layout in all of my drawings where this is the case.

See image below:

My general plot settings are:

DWG to PDF.pc3

Shaded viewport options > Quality = Normal

Plot Options > Plot Object Lineweights > (YES)

Plot Options > Plot transparency > (YES)

Plot Options > Plot with plot styles > (YES)

Plot Options > Plot paperspace last > (YES)

PDF Options > Quality > Vector Quality = 600dpi

PDF Options > Quality > Raster image quality = 400dpi

PDF Options > Quality > Merge Control > Lines Overwrite

PDF Options > Data > Include Layer Information (YES)

Dithering is allowed for all colors in my plot styles. Could this be the case?

Is it possible to control raster/vector functionality via Layers?

Thanks yall for the thoughts and for reading!

Happy Tuesday.

I AM EMBARRASSED.

My viewports where in the "Shaded" style... I changed it to "2D Wireframe" and seems to be working great. Thanks for looking and maybe this will help someone else.
