Plotting Lineweights

Has anyone experienced non-legible text when Plotting heavier lineweights? Ever time I change my Text to the color Magenta, it makes the text weird looking! The lineweight is set @ .02" & I am am using a "Kip 3000" plotter!

I see that you are visiting as a new member to the AutoCAD forum. Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

While the Kip 3000 is an older plotter, I have never had any font issues related to linewidth from that plotter.  When you plot your drawing with these settings to a PDF do you see the same appearance or something different?

Is it possible to eTransmit a sample file (include your plot style and fonts) so I can take a look?
