Plotting and Page Manager freeze

I have two machines.  1 has no plotting issues.  The other, when I go to plot, it freezes.  When I go to Page Setup Manager it freezes.

 

At first I thought it was the BLUEBEMPDFPORT but I open one file and changed it to DWG to PDF Full Bleed on my functional machine.

 

When I opened it on my non-printing machine, it still freezes even though I see DWG to PDF as the printer setup.

 

I have already repaired and reinstalled the software.

 

I am using AutoCAD 2015, WIndows 10 , which until last week had no issues.

 

I have tried copying and pasting my plotters and plot style from my functioning machine to non-functioning machine but this didn't help.  I thought a plot port or style was corrupted.

 

Any questions that would aid in problem solving or any suggestions to fix the freeze problem?

 

I will try to uninstall the latest updates to see if that cause a problem.

Yes, all other applications plot, print.

make any difference when you goto Options>Plot and Publish and Check Hide system printers?

Did you turn on background plotting by chance?
Do you have the 2015 SP2 updates installed?

What changed on your PC since last week? Something did, added or deleted or updated or downgraded. Removal alone isn't going to help I suspect, you might also need to repair or reinstall AutoCAD2015 too.

The only thing I can see are updates to Microsoft products that I will now
uninstall.

Also uninstalling BlueBeam

I have uninstalled every update since this month and it still freezes.

 

Repaired AutoCAD 2015

 

Reinstalled it.

 

I even copied my plotters and plot styles from my functioning computer to this machine and it still freezes.

When I restored AutoCAD 2015 to default settings, it was able to print and wouldn't freeze on Page Setup manager.

 

But when I installed my 3rd party design software, the issue returned.

 

So the issue is with the 3rd party software.  Somehow it's been corrupted.

 

I even copied the work files from a working machine and that did not fix the problem. 😞
