As others have suggested, you need to do it in layout.
I attached a sample drawing and hope it gives you idea to plot different areas on a single sheet.
Note: The viewport layer (in red) has been set to "not plottable" in layer manager.
Please feel free if you have more questions.
BTW I asked you to tell your AutoCAD version because I know that some people are still using older versions which would not be able rotate viewport in layout.
