Plot fails to KIP - ERROR No Matching Media

One of my users suddenly started having an issue today with plotting to our large format KIP device.  When he tries to preview the drawing, it just flashes at him and comes back to the plot screen.  When he tries to plot, he gets a dialogue message saying Plot Did Not Complete.  When you click details the error message indicates that there is no matching media (see attachment).

What I have tried:

1. Verified the correct paper size is loaded.

2. Verified print driver is up-to-date

3. Successfully performed a test print from printer properties

4. Uninstalled and reinstalled AutoCAD 2016

5.  Installed SP1 for AutoCAD 2016.

6. Can print to other non-large format printers.

7.  Rebooting.

8. Printing the same drawing from another system with the same settings selected and same KIP selected works.

I'm at a loss on this one.  Anyone out there encountered this?

"no matching media' usually means your user's driver is looking for example "vellum" but the plotter is loaded with stock 'regular' paper.

Confirm this one user is not using a special or custom driver unique to them.

The user(s), and yes there are several, are all using the same driver.  The drivers are downloaded directly from the print server.  By way of example, when I log off and log in as me, the drivers show up just fine.

The only thing I can think of is something got corrupted in their profiles and to recreate it.  I'll probably give that a shot.

Experienced the same problem with AcadE_2017 upgrade. Resolution was to recreate the plotter ".pc3" file.

Please explain to me how you did this step by step. I have a KIP 860, AND IT WILL NOT PLOT AT ALL.
