Plan Viewport does not display scale on sheet

Hi all, I have an issue which is view port scale of plan view does not display on sheet. But View port scale of 3D view display on sheet as below. I want to see only plan view port scale on sheet. Any suggestion pls.

@simonzawoo Technically your plan is correct. Plan view 1:250.  Any other detail scale is 1:300.
