Placing views without Sheet Set Manager?

Is there a way to create and place views on sheets without SSM? Maybe within the View Manager? We are running 2014, hopefully upgrading to 2017 soon. Thanks in advance!

Are you just looking for MVIEW command?

No, there's a function within the Sheet Set Manager to create/place views. I'm wanting to do that but without the SSM. We do a lot of work on ProjectWise where the Sheet Set Manger isn't necessarily needed, but we have grown to love some of these automated commands within the SSM.

Thanks though!

Its new, not sure which has it, 2017 or 2018, but... Create a named view in model space, in paper space do mv(iew), na(med), enter name of view, place the viewport.

Its way better than the SSM method.
