PDF Plot Lacking and No Shaded Area

Anonymous
Not applicable

There is no shaded area and no other image in the created pdf file except the wire frame of the object. All else that was done by extrusion does not show. Other created pdf file does not show any image at all.

I was using the trial version of AutoCAD 2020 because I was planning to buy when I have the budget.

My system is a 64-bit of windows 10 enterprise, version 1809, operating at core 7100 intel cpu, clocked at 3.9 Ghz, motherboard is a student version of MSI.

Hi,

we don't see any of your plot settings or geometry, hard to suggest anything.

Can you please upload the dwg-file from which you tried to plot to PDF?

Hi,

most of your objects are sitting on layer "Defpoints", this layer is reserved for AutoCAD internal use and objects on that layer won't plot.

Change the layer of these objects to normal layers and plotting will work fine (as you can see in my attached PDF).
