pdf failed to plot with errors found and a software problem occured

I encountered a Plot problem.

I usually use Ctrl + p to plot my drawing into a PDF. And it always works.

but today it failed to plot a pdf with errors found warning. And it showed up a window dialog with the title " A software problem has caused AutoCAD to close unexpectedly".

I attached the screenshots explaining the errors and my plot setting dialog.

Does anyone know the solutions?

have you try to install latest updates from autodesk or try to repair the program it could some files are corrupted? thanks

Hi @golfarchitect13

Looks like you have a missing update. Try installing the update and see if that fixes the issue. Also try this: Type in the command "BACKGROUNDPLOT" and set it to "0" and then try to plot 🙂

Hi,

I agree that you have not installed any updates as the first screenshot shows "R.47.0.0", please start installing the updates.

Have you tried other drawings too? It could be specific to this dwg-file or to this CTB file. Try to use different DWG and/or CTB ...
