Partial customization CUI doesn't load

There is this attached message. what is a Customization Name group?

This file was loaded successfully on an other computer.

I used the -TOOLBAR command to load the toolbar that is in that file, but when i make changes with the CUI interface it refuses and displays, i think, that message again

Are both computer using the same version of AutoCAD?

Why not open the CUI dialog and use the TRANSFER tab to open (on the right side under "Customizations in New File") the CUI you have your toolbars and drag/drop them into your current CUI (on the left side under "Customization in Main File") - then save.

Or - you may also want to create a NEW CUI file that contains these toolbar in your current AutoCAD version and then load them as a Partial CUI.

Note: If the CUI file you are coping is from a more current version, some commands may not function.
