Is there a way to transfer parametric dimension lines to a layer? Does anyone know a link to youtube in this matter? Can I make parametric dimensions in "Paper" invisible and replace them with "normal" dimensions?

If you just want to get the Dimensional Constraints to show in the print, you can change the Constraint form to Annotational in the properties : HOW TO TURN DIMENSIONAL CONSTRAINTS INTO ANNOTATIONAL CONSTRAINTS
