Paper Space not plotting color, but viewports are?

I'll admit I'm a little rusty, and I'm getting everything set up on a new AutoCAD 2016 machine.

When plotting, all paperspace objects are printing black, but I need paperspace to print in color as well.

I included a quick example.  The object in paper space has orange hatching, when copied into paper space it plots as black, but the viewport object plots in color.

I've gone through every option I know of, any suggestions?

I selected acad.ctb with "Plot with Plot Styles" Checked, no change.

None selected as Plot Style, no change.

Unchecked "Plot with Plot Styles" no change.

Default CTB files.

Use Acad.ctb

If you like to use Default, open it (default.ctb not acad.ctb) and see (click on the pencil)

 I got this with acad.ctb

Weird... I opened up an older drawing and paper space WAS printing color.  I noticed in the plot dialog box that the problem drawing has the [QUALITY] check box greyed out.  This is not greyed out in the older drawing that prints properly.

So instead of fighting with it, I basically just transplated everything into the older drawing and it prints properly now.  I don't know if it was some obscure setting, or an error that audit couldn't find, or what.

Thanks for your help though!
