osnaping have become erratic

i have been working with a dwg file for a couple of weeks. The osnaping function has become erratic. When i zoom in the osnap function will not grad onto lines of intersection, centers of circles, etc.

How far in are you zooming? Zoom out some, regenall, try again.

How big is your PICKBOX? What are your options set to regarding AutoSnap Settings on the Drafting tab of the options dialog?
