When this happens, do you have the opportunity to submit a CER (Crash) report? If so, please give me the report number so I can investigate.
The error number is rather generic but I suspect it might be related to an older graphics driver. I suggest making sure that your AutoCAD is fully updated using the Autodesk Desktop App or from your Account page and then also check for more current graphic=s drivers from the manufacturer.
