Option to Swap Middle Mouse Button (MMB) and Shift+MMB for Navigation

I wish AutoCAD had an option to reverse the middle mouse button functions—right now, MMB is Pan and Shift+MMB is Orbit. Personally, I’d prefer it the other way around (MMB = Orbit, Shift+MMB = Pan), since that’s how it works in SketchUp.

It would be beneficial if AutoCAD included a toggle or setting to reverse or customize these navigation behaviors. This small feature would greatly improve workflow efficiency for users across both platforms. Does anyone else feel the same?

Try this, 

• Set MBUTTONPAN to "0"
• Open your CUI and expand the "Mouse Buttons" > "Click" & "Shift+Click" dropdowns
• Then in the Command list search "orbit" / "pan" then click-hold & drag the "3D Orbit" and "3D Pan" commands to the "Button 3: ..." slots in their respective locations.
