Opening downloaded drawing files using AutoCAD

I enrolled for AutoCAD certificate preparation course and downloaded certain files containing course objectives during the course from the Autodesk site. I am unable to open these files using AutoCAD application. Plese help me regarding the same

What does that mean to everyone here please: can you not start the program? Do you not have a mouse? First time on a computer? is the problem just the downloaded files but all other files work file?

Elaborate please.

problems is with opening the files containing in zipped files

Have you extracted them from the zip files?

You have to remove your files from the ZIP first: that is a requirement.

Hi,

• Start your AutoCAD .
• Ctrl+O ( Open files ) .
• go thorough folders till you reach to your files location .
• Now .. you must see your dwg files . if NOT then you have to reach for your .dwg files .

yes..but still the the problem exist when opening certain drawings using
autocad

Well, AutoCAD is probably telling you why. What message(s) do you see when trying to open them and how are you trying to open them?

I see a message saying the drawing is not valid
