Opening a Autocad LT dwg

When I open a LT (2016) drawing the text disappears when I zoom or edit text.

Am using AutoCAD 2016.

"LT" is AutoCAD, a DWG file is a DWG file, so your text problem could be many things. Why not post that file here for all of us to try.

After I messed with it it started acting ok, seems to be fine now.
