When my user opens a drawing, a blank window also opens. It closes when we close the drawing. There is no header text, just a blank window. AutoCAD 2019. I tried unchecking the online help, but it didn't fix the problem. They can work in the drawing, but just have that extra window on the screen.

Is this a new installation of R2019? Or did the problem start appearing after a change with R2019 or the user (a 3rd party add-on was recently installed etc.)?
The screen shot shows the blank screen, and it is on another monitor. The drawing windows are normal. This started after using Design Center yesterday, I believe.
