Online Tab Missing

When I open the Options menu in Autocad the "online" tab is missing.  Does anyone know how to get it back?  Also my my A360 is missing.  If I make a change in my work space it used to tell me it would save and upload my settings.  It does not do that anymore.  Does anyone know what may be going on.

You either chose not to install the A360 option when you installed AutoCAD, or you removed A360 from your system. "You" being yourself or whomever installed the software on your PC.

You will need to reinstall it.

That makes sense to me.  Is it possible to install A360 now without uninstalling cad and starting over?  If so, how do I do it.  I just tried the repair option and it didn't make a difference.
