OLE object not showing

Hi everyone,

The OLE object highlighted below should show my company logo. This was embedded into the template originally. I have tried a few different files in AutoCAD and not its showing, although this OLE object will appear in C3D.

Any ideas please? Thanks

Is this a pathing issue by chance? since it only appears for one user/program.
