Objects Missing when Plot to PDF

Hello AutoCAD Community!

I'm fairly new to AutoCAD, and I need some assistance. 

I am trying to publish my drawing as a PDF, but one of my layers won't plot. (See screenshots). They were plotting fine before, then I had to add some things to a different layer, and now that first layer won't plot. What am I missing?

Using AutoCAD 2017 on Win10.

There are bunch of solution:

1) try another PDF plotter software such as Nitro PDF or Adobe PDF. (nitro PDF , recommended)

2) If the item that isn't plotted is a block make sure all  sub entity's layers isn't "VP FREEZE" or plot enabled.

3) make sure show annotative is enabled

use command : ANNOALLVISIBLE : 1

Thank you, @Anonymous !!! I switched to different PDF software and that seems to have corrected the issue. I appreciate your input and assistance! Have a wonderful day. 🙂
