Object Snap Not Working

I started a new .dwg and have problems getting lines to snap. Zoomed out the lines appear to snap, but when zoomed in the lines do not snap at the intended spot. The file is attached. I couldn't fix the problem with old post solutions.

The drawing doesn't really tell us much.  What are you trying to Snap, and to what, and with what mode(s)?  Can you point to the situation(s) you're talking about, and describe what you did at them?

Since Arcs are involved, is it only a matter of view resolution?  At lower resolutions and comparatively Zoomed out, curves are broken down into linear segments in display only, but the real curvature is still "known."  After you Zoom in and things look like they don't meet, try REGEN to take the lower-resolution kinks out of the Arcs, and see whether they then appear to meet.  If they do, use the VIEWRES command, answer Yes to the question, and give it a higher circle zoom percentage number (may as well go all the way to the maximum 20000), to at least greatly reduce the effect.

Your file opened up at two lines (vertical) about to meet to arcs (horizontal): only one line touches one arc, the other does not. Happens at several "walls" you've drawn.
If that is the spot you speak of, try a REGEALL for the arcs to be redrawn then try again.

Q: if you draw houses all day long, why not use a variant of AutoCAD called ARCHITECTURE that actually has walls/doors/windows/floors/roofs/ceiling and so much move? Just a thought.

The problem was the resolutions. I didn't take into consideration the specs of a new laptop being used *facepalm*.
