Having serious trouble with several users when using a Dell 7510 with an m2000m Nvidia quadro. Takes a long time to orbit on all files, and even small files take a long time to open. I have disabled the 2nd on board vid card, done all updates, clean installs, etc. Is this a known issue that I can get help with?

Are there certified posted drivers here you can use https://knowledge.autodesk.com/certified-graphics-hardware

its the Quadro M2000 driver

look at the supported products here: https://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/140131/en-us

the Quadro M2000M is one of the supported products

Do you have an Optimal Driver for Enterprise (ODE) installed?

 

In that case, try the Quadro New Feature Drivers (QNF):

The lastest version for Quadro M200M @ Windows 10 is Release R435 U2 (436.30):

This specific release solve some 3ds Max issues related to DirectX9.

did you solve your problems? I am planning to buy two machines with that specific GPU and I wonder if this is solvable?

No, sure didn't. I had to replace all laptops. But our autocad files were huge and many revisions that our techs weren't taking out the old info, so it very well could have been that.
