Not Responding

As soon as splash screeen finishes loading Autocad becomes completely inoperable.  Task manager says NOT RESPONDING, however none of the other products have any problems loading and operating.  Tried unistalling and reinstalling with no success only same result.

Try running AutoCAD while as Administrator then in safe mode. Share results.
