Not able to start Auto Cad

Hello,

I installed Autocad 2018. Since Yesterday I am trying to lunch it but with no luck. I tried every thing from installing it and re installing it, use the download method, uninstall all C++ and install it again and many others. 

This is the error that I get

I just installed the software yesterday. I never used Auto Cad on this PC before.

Did you follow these steps: >>>click<<< (exactly the order starting with oldest version x86, then x64 up to the newest version x86 and then x64)

2012x86 is missing.

If that does not help please run a clean uninstall as described >>>here<<<, re-download the setup files using "browser download" and reinstall it (having admin permissions and disabled antivirus and other defending software if installed).
