Not able to set dimensions when creating objects/shapes

I was working on my project and I was able to set dimensions when creating lines, arcs, etc. just fine. Then, for some unknown reason I wasn't able to anymore. I don't remember what I was doing but I know I didn't change any settings, at least purposefully. Now I can't continue my project because I can't set specific lengths or angles of lines or objects anymore. I really need help.

can you please more specific what issues you had? alternatively before opening the file select recover and see if helps. thanks

Whenever I go to make a line, instead of giving me the 2 boxes to put in length and angle, all I can do is click where I want it without specific dimensions. And if I try to recover it I will lose a lot of progress.

have you try to press F12? or reset setting to default your autocad and see if helps. thanks
