After exploding arabic and chinease font its changing into question mark. please see the attachement

That's because it doesn't know how to translate the text... Try plotting to a pdf, then import the pdf as geometry to see if there's a difference.

The issue you get when using a foreign language on an AutoCAD - English Version.

Would be nice if Autodesk setup an AutoCAD International program with many languages.
