Need Help with Plotting Boundary Points

I was given these boundary points as a reference to a lot I'm currently working on for academic use, but I can't seem to make it work. Tried to convert it to decimal degrees, but it was so small. When I tried to scale it, the area was a lot smaller than the total area of 8 hectares.

I think your data is missing the length...typically plot plans look like this:

In AutoCAD you set the UNITS like this:

And then you enter the info like this:

Start the ._LINE command and pick a starting point. If you have XY or Northing and Easting coordinates, you can enter them, otherwise just pick any point in the drawing. Then at the next prompt enter @107.65<N28D45'21"E

I think your data is in spherical coordinates. So to plot them you need to be working in Map. I am sure you know about different coordinate systems.

However, I have not got access to such a version, so I converted the coordinates to UTM using a free coordinate converter on the web, and find the area to be 8.23 hectares.

Or by entering the coordinates into Google Earth, you can see where the points are.
