I am afraid that nobody will draw it for you because it is not a technical question and it may take couple of hours to get it done.
To answer your question:
If you had drawn it and saved the file somewhere, it wouldn't be lost, no matter your license of AutoCAD is expired or not.
Do a search in your windows explorer you may be able to find it out.
In worse case, if you lost the file then you may have to hire someone.
BTW if you found the file, you'd be able to print it out - Download a AutoCAD DWG TrueViwe for free from Autodesk web and install it. You can view the drawing file.
