need help with batch plotting

I am trying to batch plot several drawings. They are all the same size and I am trying to create PDFs from the dwg files.

My sheets are 8 1/2"x11", I am trying to fill as much of the page as possible. Whatever I am currently doing is not creating a PDF of any kind.

I recently downloaded and installed AutoCAD, this is the first time trying to plot or print.

I did the same thing about 2 years ago and seem to remember having the problem then also and don't remember how I got it fixed.

I tried setting the paths from the option screen but couldn't get them to work correctly.

The message that I see when I try and do the plot is:

E:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2022\acbgplot.crx is an invalid ARX file.

Thank you for any help.

Steve

You might need to do this then test again before you put back your customizations or migrations from older software https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-r...

If that does not help you might end up having to do all of this https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Recommen...

One of the articles I saw on Autodesk's page required me to do a uninstall and then a fresh clean install. This morning I went ahead and deleted my old AutoCAD and then reinstalled and seems to be creating prints now.
