Need help on resolving this raster error issue.

Hi all, I install 2013 CAD and re-install a few time - i still couldn't input raster images.

Anyway to resolve this problem?

What’s your operating system? Hopefully it’s not Win 11

Yep, that's the problem. 2013 is designed for up to Windows 10. It's not designed for Windows 11.

You'll either have to upgrade and use the latest 2024LT which by the way supports AutoLISP or find a computer that has the older Windows 10 OS and install your old 2013 on that.
