Need help converting DWG to STL

Hello Community Members,

I have no experience with AutoCAD and unfortunately I am having issues converting this model I was given into a usable 3D-print file. I have tried watching videos on how to explode block references and then make the surfaces into 3D solids, but I keep having issues.

Can someone convert this model for me into a printable 3D type, such as STL?

Thank you for trying to convert this for me. It seems that this is giving about the same results as I was having before. Hardly any of the model is being converted, as is shown in the attached photo.Screenshot 2025-12-23 080344.png

I apologize. It seems when I uploaded this document, I had turned off all layers except for one. The model is a complete Dehydration Skid (turning off the spray cones for the firewater piping). Attached is a photo with all the layers turned on. Using the resources that were attached in this thread, I am currently attempting to work through the issues, although I am still having issues.

You are going to print that on a 3D printer?

What type of printer do you have?

The goal is to send this to a company that has multiple high-end machines machines and can print it in segments that can then be assembled. It would be nice to have a single print using a small diameter nozzle, although this is unlikely.

@Matthew_Guillot4TNK7 You want someone here to convert the entire content to STL when most of your content is 2D?

You're going to have to hire someone/pay for their time I suspect.

Please clarify.

Thank you for this response. As I mentioned, I have no idea how to use this software and was just provided the model to make a 3D printable file. I did not realize that the majority (or any for that matter) was 2D. I understand that maybe I am working on a Sisyphean task. That being said, thank you for taking your time to look at this model and give your opinions. Same to all the others that have contributed on this forum.
